Formed in 1996 and following the commissioning of a sate of the art facility in Devens, MA, USA in 2003 and the subsequent acquisition of the assets of Borregaard Synthesis Inc, Newburyport, MA, USA in 2005, the business was renamed PCI Synthesis Inc.

Manufacturing a range of specialty chemicals, products include high quality imidazole epoxy curatives, catalysts and other additives for coatings and adhesives.
