Thermax®* Floform N990 consists of uniform soft pellets which are easily dispersed, demonstrate good flow characteristics, and can withstand the rigours of transportation. Thermax®* N991 powder is a non-pelletised product designed for use in low shear force mixing systems.
High loadings are achievable for cost reduction programmes with Thermax®* but many other benefits can be realised. Excellent processing and dynamic properties can be achieved inclusive reduced compression set, low electrical conductivity and low grit compounds.
Thermax®* Floform N990UP (ultra pure) has very low levels of contaminants as indicated by the low levels of ash and sulphur. Their high carbon purity provides maximum heat and chemical resistance and minimise impurities in the final compound. Thermax®* Powder N991UP is the non-pelletised version.
Thermax®* Stainless Floform N907 has low hydrocarbon content for non staining applications. Thermax®* Stainless Powder N908 is a non-pelletised product version for use with low shear force mixing applications. Both grades retain the processing and dynamic properties of the standard grades N990 and N991.
